AYUSI-A3000 Water-Based Varnish

1、 According to the conditions of use,add moderate diluent (water) or mixed agent of alcohol and water (1-5:1) to finish the dilution. To reach the requirement of gloss, and wear resistance, according to the paper, offline coating usually add 5 ~ 15%, and online uses this varnish directly.During the process ,if the varnish viscosity is too high,should increase the amount of diluent to adjust to suitable viscosity.

2、 Oiling amount should be according to the paper surface, if excessive dilution will influence the gloss, abrasion resistance and mobility; otherwise not diluted fully will cause the varnish mobility is not good,drying speed too slow.

3、Oiling amount should be according to the paper’s quality and glossiness,usually oiling amount on-line is 2-5 g/㎡,off-line 3-7g/㎡。

4、Drying methods: UV curing , hot air or heating by heating pipe for drying. Drying equipment displayed temperature should not lower than 70℃during operation, after 12 hours ,all the varnish performance can reach the best coating effect.

5、User can cleaning equipment with water, dry varnish can be washed with isopropanol or ethanol.

6、This product is alkali soluble varnish, when laminating with paper, please try to choose a neutral or weak alkaline ( PH≤10 ) adhesive agent. When using caustic soda of starch glue (Yellow Glue) liquid, please strictly control the glue amount so as to avoid excessive glue permeation through varnish dissolved coated varnish and make the papers sticks with others.
